Tasting Note
Concentrated Tempranillo with ripe red and black fruit, violets, mineral/iodine hints, noble oak spice and tobacco. Voluminous, polished fine tannins, balanced acidity and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested single‑vineyard fruit; cold pre‑fermentative maceration; fermented in small/10‑hl oak vessels (foot‑treading reported), malolactic in new French oak; ~18 months in new French Bordelaise barrels.
