Tasting Note
Concentrated ruby with aromas of ripe cherry, plum, licorice, forest floor, cedar and mineral iodine. Medium–full body, polished tannins and balanced acidity leading to a long, savory, spicy finish with subtle vanilla and smoky oak.

Food Pairing
Roasted lamb, grilled rib‑eye, beef stew, aged Manchego; Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef or beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Tempranillo; destemmed, fermented in stainless steel with controlled temperatures and extended maceration; aged ~18 months in French oak barrels, lightly fined and bottled.

Produced by Viñedos de Páganos (Eguren family/Sierra Cantabria group). Single-vineyard Finca El Puntido (c.25 ha), vines planted 1975, located at ~580–600m in Páganos, Laguardia (Rioja Alavesa).
