Tasting Note
Cherry and black-fruit core with licorice, tobacco, cocoa and floral hints; creamy French-oak spice, saline minerality and ripe, rounded tannins. Powerful, long and savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Tempranillo; 100% destemmed, stainless fermentation at controlled temperature, extended maceration; malolactic in barrel and 16 months in new French oak.
