Tasting Note
Fresh red and green apple, citrus and stone fruit with brioche, saline oyster-like minerality and warm spice; chalky, leesy mid-palate and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
NV cuvée based on mainly 2018 (XVIII) with reserve wines; fermented in stainless and large oak (demi-muids), native yeasts, malo completed, aged 3–4 years on the lees, extra‑brut/low dosage.
