Fresh apple and pear with cherry and red-berry accents, chalky minerality and saline precision; light brioche and spice, brisk acidity, fine mousse and a persistent, hunger-inducing finish.

Production Method
Blanc de Noirs from first press; vinified in stainless steel, underwent alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, kept on lees ~8 months, secondary bottle fermentation and ~60 months sur lattes; bottled extra‑brut (low dosage ~1.8–2 g/L).
