Tasting Note
Concentrated black cherry, cassis and plum framed by cedar, toasted brioche, cocoa and espresso. Velvety texture with powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long, plush finish showing dark chocolate and black pepper.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast rack of lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese char siu, Peking duck, braised beef with soy and star anise.
Production Method
Estate-grown Bordeaux-varietal lots from multiple vintages are fermented, blended across years and matured in French oak barrels (extended barrel aging) to achieve balance and approachability.
