Tasting Note
Fresh plum, blackberry and cherry with dried rose, forest-floor and earthy minerality. Juicy blackcurrant, blueberry and fraises du bois; velvety texture, powdery tannins, subtle coffee and dark chocolate on a long, bright finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted duck, truffle mushroom pasta, aged Gouda or Camembert. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan pepper beef or braised short ribs.

Production Method
Estate-grown fruit, hand-harvested; 19 days skin contact; ~19.5 months aging in new French oak; classic Bordeaux-style blending.
