Tasting Note
Bright ruby color; perfumed cherry, raspberry and violet aromas with earth and subtle French-oak spice. Light-bodied, vibrant acidity, rounded tannins and a clean, lingering, perfumed finish.

Roasted duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, seared salmon; Korean BBQ (bulgogi), teriyaki salmon, miso-glazed aubergine, char siu pork, soft/intermediate cheeses.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, cold-soaked, fermented at controlled temperatures, malolactic conversion and aged 10–12 months in French oak (mix of new and used barrels).

From Viña Montes’ 'Outer Limits' Zapallar single-vineyard project (Aurelio Montes). Planted near the Pacific coast (≈7 km), granite soils and cool coastal climate produce elegant, perfumed Pinot Noir.
