Tasting Note
Deep ruby. Ripe blackberry and black‑currant with eucalyptus/cypress, licorice, cedar and tobacco. Silky, polished yet firm tannins, savory balsamic lift and a long, sapid finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled rack of lamb, roasted ribeye, braised short ribs, aged Pecorino or Parmigiano. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu pork, milder mapo tofu or beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested, double optical and manual sorting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel (26–30°C) with 10–15 days maceration; malolactic in steel then racked to barriques (25% new) for ~15 months, reassembled and bottled after further maturation.

Vineyard Info
Tenuta dell'Ornellaia (founded 1981) is a flagship Bolgheri estate known for Bordeaux‑style Super Tuscans. Le Serre Nuove is its second wine, crafted from younger parcels to reflect estate character with earlier approachability.
