Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark cherry with pencil-lead, cedar and spice; medium-bodied with firm powdery tannins, fresh acidity and a lingering mineral finish.

Production Method
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks; aged ~16 months in oak barrels (≈45% new) following traditional Bordeaux élevage.
