Tasting Note
Dense ruby with blackberry, black cherry and plum, plus clove, mint and subtle tobacco. Velvety, ripe tannins, bright juiciness and toasted-oak spice; long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steaks, rack of lamb, braised beef, roasted game, mature cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, Cantonese roast duck, Sichuan beef, Japanese yakiniku, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; separate temperature-controlled fermentations and macerations; aged ~18 months in small French oak barriques, blended and bottle-aged before release.

Produced at the Orma estate in Bolgheri (Maremma coast), a project of Antonio Moretti Cuseri; vineyards neighbor Ornellaia and Sassicaia and focus on Bordeaux-style blends.
