Tasting Note
Golden apple, jasmine, citrus and brioche on the nose; honeydew, green apple and tropical notes on the palate with prominent acidity, silky texture and a mineral-driven, long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, lobster, creamy pasta (fettuccine Alfredo), soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert). Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, sushi with richer fish (e.g. toro), mild Thai coconut curries.

Production Method
Barrel-fermented and aged sur lie for 8 months in French oak (23% new) with separate lot vinifications and blending to balance coastal acidity and inland ripeness.
