Tasting Note
Inky garnet-purple with aromas of black plum, boysenberry, crushed gravel, black licorice and wet stone. Full-bodied, layered dark fruit, char and spice, finishing long with plush, ripe Petite Sirah tannins and savory persistence.

Chargrilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, aged cheddar; Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan beef, char siu, teriyaki-glazed steaks, grilled shiitake mushrooms.

Production Method
Small‑lot fermentations from multiple California vineyards; matured 11 months in French oak (30% new) and blended from Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache.
