Tasting Note
Black plum, boysenberry and Bing cherry with lavender and dark chocolate. Palate shows reduced blackberry, supple drying tannins and a slight chalky texture, finishing calm and persistent.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roasted lamb, BBQ pork. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Sichuan beef, char siu, yakitori/teriyaki steak.

Production Method
Proprietary California red blend fermented from selected vineyard lots; aged eight months in French oak (26% new).
