Tasting Note
Explosive aromatics of blueberry, Bing cherry, and plum with spice, dried lavender and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, plush palate of black and red berry compote, cassis and minty lift, finishing long with warm spice and savory herb notes.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, aged cheeses (blue, cheddar). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed pork.

Production Method
Assembled from multiple California vineyards; varieties fermented separately, blended and aged about 8–10 months in French and American oak (small portion new) before bottling.
