Tasting Note

Concentrated black-fruit core (blackberry, cassis, blueberry) with rose/violet florals, cedar, tobacco and menthol. Full-bodied, plush yet firm tannins, vibrant acidity and a long perfumed finish with dark chocolate and spice.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan peppercorn beef.


Production Method

Estate-grown fruit; fermented (stainless steel) with ~18 days skin contact; aged ~17–18 months in new French oak, blended and bottle-aged before release.
