Tasting Note
Voluptuous garnet with concentrated blueberry, rose petal, white truffle, licorice and nutmeg. Silky entry, supple mid-palate of cassis, black olive, raspberry and dark chocolate, finishing long, lush and well-balanced.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye or porterhouse, roast leg of lamb, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or blue cheese; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese roasted duck, soy-ginger braised short ribs, char siu pork.

Production Method
Bordeaux-style blend; 29 days skin contact; matured ~18 months in new French oak barrels; estate fruit and traditional winemaking techniques.
