Tasting Note

Aromas of cassis, black cherry, rose petal and savory herbs with hints of cedar, graphite and dark chocolate. Silky, medium-full palate with concentrated dark fruit, bright acidity and refined tannins; long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested estate fruit; temperature‑controlled fermentation in stainless steel/concrete with selective co‑fermentations and malolactic fermentation; ~18 months aging in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging before release.
