Cooked blue agave, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak with citrus zest, black pepper and a whisper of smoke; smooth, slightly sweet mid‑palate and a medium‑long spicy-oak finish.

100% Blue Weber agave; slow‑cooked in brick ovens, crushed via tahona and roller mills, double‑distilled in copper pot stills, aged in ex‑bourbon American oak barrels ~6–8 months, then cold‑filtered.
