Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry, plum and raspberry with forest floor, leather, incense and Asian spice; satiny, fine-grained tannins, assertive toasted oak and a long mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; traditional fermentation with partial whole clusters in open vats; aged ~16–18 months in mostly new French oak (high % new wood); light fining and bottled after maturation.
