Perfumed Syrah: cracked black pepper, plum, brambleberry, violet and savory herbs. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine tannins and a mineral, peppery finish—savoury, floral and fruit-driven.

Food Pairing

Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, barbecued pork, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, miso-glazed eggplant, Sichuan-style dishes, teriyaki beef skewers.

Production Method

Certified-organic, mostly whole-bunch native fermentation (≈60–80% whole clusters; ~20% carbonic), pressed to seasoned French oak, aged ~4–5 months. Minimal SO2; unfined and unfiltered.
