Tasting Note
Bright red berries, pomegranate and raspberry with orange-peel, white-strawberry and savory garrigue notes. Fine sandy tannins, saline lift and a mouthwatering, thirst-quenching finish.

Production Method
Hand-picked; wild-yeast ferment with ~40% whole-bunch, partial carbonic maceration; short macerations; aged ~2 months in old French barriques; unfined, minimal SO2.
