Tasting Note
Coastal, honeyed malt with dried fruit, orange peel, gentle peat smoke, sea-salt brine, caramel and toasted oak; long, slightly spicy finish with coffee and malt-biscuit notes.

Production Method
Double-matured: initial aging in American/European oak, then finished several months in re-charred American oak casks seasoned with Montilla Fino sherry.
