Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry, floral rose-petal lift, baking spice and subtle savory (charcuterie) notes; vibrant acidity, silky, lithe tannins and a long, energetic finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, lamb chops, pork belly, mushroom risotto, charcuterie. Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, miso-glazed salmon, teriyaki chicken, shiitake stir-fry.

Production Method
Approximately 20% whole-bunch fermentation in open vessels; remainder destemmed. Aged 10–11 months in French oak (300L/500L), less than 10% new.

Oakridge is a family-owned Yarra Valley producer (D'Aloisio & Atlas families) focusing on single‑vineyard expression. Willowlake is a north-facing site on red volcanic soils near Gladysdale with older vines.
