Bright red cherry and raspberry, floral rose-petal lift, baking spice and subtle savory (charcuterie) notes; vibrant acidity, silky, lithe tannins and a long, energetic finish.

Production Method
Approximately 20% whole-bunch fermentation in open vessels; remainder destemmed. Aged 10–11 months in French oak (300L/500L), less than 10% new.
