Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Chardonnay with stone fruit, white peach, pear, lemon zest, grilled citrus, nougat and cashew notes. Creamy lees texture, bright saline acidity and a long, focused grapefruit-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy mushroom risotto, pork belly. Asian: miso-glazed cod, tempura prawns, Cantonese roast duck, mildly spiced Malaysian/Thai coconut-based fish curries.

Production Method
Hand-picked fruit, whole-bunch pressed to 500L French oak puncheons; natural fermentation and 10–14 months maturation on lees with minimal intervention.

Vineyard Info
Sourced from the north-facing Willowlake Vineyard in Gladysdale on red volcanic soils (plantings from c.1979–80). Oakridge (est. 1978) is a leading Yarra Valley producer led by Chief Winemaker David Bicknell.
