Bright red fruits (cherry, raspberry, pomegranate) with flint/mineral, brown spice and herbal notes. Satiny texture, savory complexity and a long, refined finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; ~80% destemmed/20% whole‑bunch; native/wild fermentation (~3 weeks) in French oak; ~10% new oak; 10 months on gross lees in barrel, then 6 months in tank; bottled under screwcap.

From the Henk Vineyard, Aqueduct Block (Woori Yallock). Planted 2008 on red volcanic soils, north‑facing at ~240–260m, MV6 clone, low yields (~4.6–4.8 t/ha).
