Tasting Note
Intense bell-clear blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with cedar and tobacco. Full-bodied, mouth-filling dark-fruit core, firm savory tannins and a long, elegant finish; ageworthy through 2035.

Food Pairing
Western: roast leg or rack of lamb, grilled ribeye, beef stew, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, Sichuan beef, teriyaki beef, lamb curry.

Production Method
Hand-plunged fermentation with manual basket pressing; matured ~18 months in French oak barriques (≈35–40% new).
