Noon Winery describes the 2019 Reserve Cabernet as “possibly our best Reserve Cabernet to date. ” (Noon). The 2018 Reserve Cabernet received high scores (Robert Parker 95 for 2018)

Tasting Note
Blackberry and cassis core with cedar, dark chocolate and minty herbal notes. Fresh acidity, firm ripe tannins and a long, mouth‑filling finish; full-bodied and ageworthy.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye steak, roast vegetables, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ short ribs, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Sichuan-style braised beef, Indian lamb rogan josh.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, open fermentations with regular hand-plunging; pressed in a manual basket press. Aged ~18 months in French oak barriques (≈35% new). Bottled on site.

Vineyard Info
Fruit from the Borrett family’s Fruit Trees, Main Road and Bore blocks (Langhorne Creek). Fruit Trees block planted 1972 on deep alluvial clay loam; low yields and old vines produce concentrated fruit.
