Blackcurrant and cassis core with mint, sage and bay-leaf accents. Full-bodied, plush and velvety with ripe, abundant tannins and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet from Fruit Trees and Main Road blocks; fermented and matured in French oak (approx. one-third new) to preserve varietal purity and structure.
