Tasting Note
Bright strawberry and creamy yogurt aromatics with toasted rice, roasted nuts and sea-salt minerality. Rich, umami-driven palate with creamy texture, citrus lift and long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Made by traditional Yamahai fermentation; muroka (unfiltered), nama (unpasteurized) and genshu (undiluted). Brewed from Aiyama rice polished to ~55% using natural lactic-acid starter and extended maturation.
