Tasting Note
Golden-tawny colour with dried apricot, candied orange peel, toasted walnut, caramel, toffee and honey. Rich and sweet yet fresh, with rounded fruit, balanced acidity and a long, silky finish.

Western: blue/aged cheeses, foie gras, nut-based desserts, crème brûlée, chocolate tarts, pastel de nata. Asian: mooncakes, mango sticky rice, sesame or walnut cookies, red‑bean desserts, sweet soy‑glazed duck.
Production Method
Blend of multiple vintages averaging 10 years; fortified to stop fermentation and aged in small (~550L) oak casks in Vila Nova de Gaia. Master blender marries lots for balance.
