Perfumed black cherry and plum with violet, damp earth, bay laurel and a saline edge; silky texture, bright acidity and a long, refined finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Pinot Noir fermented with native and cultured yeasts; largely aged in neutral French oak (≈67%) with light new oak; bottled Dec 2016; fruit from organic/biodynamic/LIVE-certified sites.

Founded by Burgundian Jean‑Nicolas Méo and Jay Boberg; winemaker Tracy Kendall. Estate Bishop Creek plus fruit from Nysa, Hyland, Momtazi and other Willamette sites.
