Perfumed black cherry and plum with violet, damp earth, bay laurel and a saline edge; silky texture, bright acidity and a long, refined finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir fermented with native and cultured yeasts; largely aged in neutral French oak (≈67%) with light new oak; bottled Dec 2016; fruit from organic/biodynamic/LIVE-certified sites.
