Tasting Note

Perfumed red and dark cherry, raspberry and pomegranate with sous-bois, forest floor, white pepper and baking spice. Silky texture, bright acidity and a persistent, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast duck, thyme‑roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, seared salmon, charcuterie and aged cheeses. Asian: soy/hoisin‑glazed duck or salmon, teriyaki chicken, mushroom ramen, Korean BBQ pork, miso aubergine.


Production Method

De-stemmed fruit, 5–7 day cold soak, slow native fermentations with pump-overs then punch-downs; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈33% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Founded 2012 by Burgundian Jean‑Nicolas Méo and Jay Boberg; sources fruit from multiple Willamette AVAs including estate Bishop Creek and vineyards such as Nysa, Momtazi and Zenith. Emphasis on Burgundian tradition and site expression.
