Tasting Note
Perfumed and brooding: black cherry, raspberry and blackberry compote with forest floor, candied orange zest, cardamom and dusty cinnamon. Medium-bodied with silky, fine tannins, bright acidity, pine-resin/mineral nuance and a long, tensioned finish.

Production Method
Fruit from three own-rooted vineyards; de-stemmed, 4–7 day cold soak, native yeast fermentation, pressed and aged 15–18 months in French oak (≈30–33% new). Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
