Hand-harvested Pinot Noir (own-rooted Pommard block); native-yeast fermentation, partial whole clusters, matured in French oak barrels (portion new), typically bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Vineyard Info
Nicolas-Jay is a Burgundy–Willamette collaboration (Jean‑Nicolas Méo and Jay Boberg). They source Nysa Vineyard fruit from own‑rooted Pommard vines in the Dundee Hills (planted 1990) on Jory soils. Estate focuses on low‑intervention viticulture.
