Silky medium-bodied Pinot with red and black cherry, cranberry, forest floor and spice; floral lift and fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested biodynamic fruit, native yeast fermentation with brief cold soak, aged ~15 months in French oak (portion new), bottled unfined and unfiltered.
