Tasting Note
Broody black-cherry and boysenberry fruit with blueberry, earthy undertones, peppercorn and potpourri spice; hints of leather, roasted meat and mineral. Medium-bodied with firm, grainy tannins and a long, juicy finish.

Production Method
Small-lot fermentations from own-rooted, late-1980s vines; aged ~15 months in French oak (approx. 50% new), bottled unfined and often unfiltered.
