Wine Spectator 92; Wine Enthusiast 92; James Suckling 92; Wine. com (Wilfred Wong) 94; 20% new French oak
Tasting Note
Citrus blossom, lemon curd and quince with baked apple and wet-stone minerality. Subtle toasted French oak, bright acidity and a creamy mid-palate lead to a focused, linear finish.
Food Pairing
Roasted chicken with herbs, mushroom risotto, seared scallops, shrimp scampi, grilled salmon; Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura vegetables, sushi (fatty fish), light Thai or Chinese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Blend of Willamette Valley sites; fermented and aged in French oak (≈20% new). Blend assembled after barrel élevage with restrained oak and bottle aging for integration.
