Tasting Note
White pepper, pear, nashi and daffodil on the nose; stone-fruit and baked apricot on a satin, viscous palate with saline, steely and subtle spice notes. Refreshing acidity and a long, moreish finish.

Western: grilled or steamed white fish, roast chicken, pork with apple, creamy pasta. Asian: Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, chilli‑lime tofu, sushi (richer cuts).
Production Method
Grapes pressed gently; 100% wild-yeast fermentation in 85% stainless steel and 15% neutral 500L puncheons. Minimal-intervention winemaking, low SO2, machine-harvested fruit.
