Tasting Note
Dark cherry, plum and wild berry with forest-floor, manuka smoke and savoury spice. Fine chalky tannins, bright Nelson acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, indigenous yeast fermentation (open-top vats), partial whole-bunch, matured in French oak (c.15–20% new) for ~10–12 months; minimal intervention, unfiltered.
