Tasting Note

Aromas of pear, apple, honeysuckle and white spice; flavors of baked apple, ginger, anise and lemon; fleshy, salivating acidity, silken texture and a lengthy, dry finish.

Western: creamy pasta, roast pork or chicken, soft cheeses. Asian: mild curries, Thai green curry, seafood stir-fries, tofu dishes, sushi/temaki with richer fish.

Neudorf was founded in 1978 by Tim and Judy Finn in Upper Moutere, Nelson. Family-owned, focused on Burgundian varieties; vineyards are certified organic or in conversion.
