Tasting Note

Concentrated stone-fruit and citrus (peach, mandarin) with brioche, almond and toffee notes, chalky minerality, satiny texture, lively acidity and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Hand-harvested, 100% whole-bunch press; wild (indigenous) ferment; 100% barrel fermentation in French oak (minor new oak), 12 months on lees, 100% malolactic, minimal intervention, coarse filtration.
