Tasting Note
Mid-crimson; concentrated dark cherry and plum with wild herbs, five‑spice, clove and a smoky bacon note. Fine, ripe tannins, bright acidity and a stony mineral thread; long, savory finish.

Hand‑harvested fruit from organic, dry‑farm Home Block. Open‑top wild‑yeast fermentations, natural malolactic, aged ~10–12 months in French oak (c.20% new); unfiltered.
