Tasting Note
Bright dark cherry, raspberry and plum with violet and earthy herbal notes. Silky, fine-grained tannins, integrated spice and toasty oak, subtle minerality and a long savoury finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, organically farmed fruit; wild-yeast ferments in open-top fermenters with gentle pigeage; aged in French oak (minor new oak); minimal intervention, unfined and unfiltered.

Neudorf Vineyards, founded 1978 by Tim and Judy Finn. Home Block is an old-vine site on Moutere clay-gravel soils, dry-farmed and certified-organic (Biogro).
