Oyster-shell flint, white peach, lemon and grapefruit with cashew/vanilla oak notes; saline, buttery undertones, concentrated yet fresh, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
100% whole‑bunch press; 24–48h settling; 100% wild‑yeast fermentation in French oak (100% barrel, 15% new); 10 months on full lees with monthly bâtonnage, 100% natural malolactic, then 3 months on fine lees in stainless.
