Tasting Note

Delicate junmai-ginjo aromatics of white pear, apple blossom and rice umami with fine mineral notes, gentle spice and a clean, off-dry finish. Bright acidity and medium body.


Food Pairing

Western: smoked salmon, ceviche, grilled white fish, roasted chicken. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, yakitori, lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese salads.
