Delicate floral and white-flesh fruit (pear, green melon), gentle rice umami, soft minerality and clean finish; off-dry, silky texture with a crisp, refreshing finish.

Junmai Ginjo: brewed from 100% Koshitanrei rice (first-grade), low-temperature ginjo fermentation, small-batch/estate-grown vintage production; rice polished to typical ginjo level (~55%).
