Tasting Note
Wet-stone minerality with aniseed, steamed rice, bamboo-leaf herbs and ripe banana. Medium-bodied, off-dry palate with delicate sweetness, gentle mid-range acidity and a dry, long marshmallow-like finish.

Production Method
