Tasting Note
Bright straw yellow. Pink grapefruit, kiwi, green apple and meadow herbs on the nose. Mouth-filling, full-bodied with citrus and stone-fruit, saline minerality, creamy lees texture and a long, sapid finish.

Food Pairing
Spaghetti with sardines; white-fish stew; grilled scallops or prawns; roast or herb-roasted chicken; sushi/sashimi; steamed fish with ginger & scallions; tempura; milder Thai fish curries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; brief pre-fermentation maceration. Fermented ~3 weeks partly in large oak (12–30 hl) and partly in stainless steel; aged about 8 months on fine lees.

Vineyard Info
Kellerei Nals Margreid (Nals–Margreid cooperative) sources fruit from the Sirmian single-vineyard (500–700m). Coop formed from historic houses (Nals 1932; merged with Margreid 1985); ~138 members, ~160–170 ha in Alto Adige.
