Tasting Note
Aromas of white-fleshed nectarine, chinotto and elderflower with herbal top notes; palate is fresh, taut, sapid and persistent, with a mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: prawn & gorgonzola risotto, ricotta tortelloni with sage butter, grilled sea bass, seared scallops. Asian: sushi (salmon nigiri), Thai seafood curry, Vietnamese-style spring rolls, vegetable stir-fries with light sauces.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; clarified must fermented ~3 weeks at low temperature in stainless steel; aged on fine lees for ~7 months.

Cantina Nals Margreid is a cooperative (≈138 growers) based in Nalles; origins back to 1932 and merged with Margreid in 1985, managing ~160 ha across Alto Adige.
